Along with our seasoned sister companies, we have developed award winning projects such as 3101 St. Charles Condominiums, winner of the 1999 "Honor Award" - Highest category award from the Historic Districts Landmark Commission and the Mayor, St. Joseph Condominiums with it's first of a kind copper clad penthouse walls - Featured on the front cover of "New Orleans Magazine", showcasing "Best New Architecture" and winner of the 2004 Historic districts' Merit award. Our Landmark development "St. Elizabeth Condominiums" is underway and we expect completion in early 2005.
